It would be interesting if you would hook up with the guys at Open Bioinformatics Foundation (http://www.open-bio.org/wiki/Main_Page) and if your project migrated to Github. :)

I'm willing to help but I've got a couple of other things I need to get out the door first.

But I will take a look and see if there is some low-hanging fruit that I can work on.

In first sorry for delay i was not seen your message. Yes i can move to github. I had choose gitoriouse bbecause he is near to github but it is full open source not github.

If you are always ok i can do the move
