Here is how to use the Build utility to compile Empire. Add these lines to "empire.d" ... version(build) { pragma(target, "winemp"); pragma(build, "empire.rc"); pragma(include, "winmain"); pragma(link, winmm.lib, comdlg32.lib); } Make sure the Rule Definition File for build has these entries ... ------------------------------------- Windows Resource File ------------------------------------- rule=Resources in=rc out=res tool=rc /r /fo {@OUT} {@IN} Then set your CWD to where the empire D source is installed and enter ... build empire Notes: ** This requires Build version 1.14 (build# 498) or later. ** To force rebuilding the resource file, either delete empire.res or use the -full switch on the Build command line. -- Derek Parnell Melbourne, Australia http://www.dsource.org/projects/build/ http://www.prowiki.org/wiki4d/wiki.cgi?FrontPage 23/03/2005 1:17:01 PM |
