I'm trying to convert a .H to a d import and so i ran it through the gcc preprocessor etc. Now it's all fine, but this file makes alot of typedefs such as: typedef unsigned long long UInt64; Well they give errors... if i replace it with equivilent D types though..... typedef ulong UInt64; This works fine. |

Posted in reply to Lws | D cannot understand C's primitive type modifiers - this information is folded into basic types in D. It is not a bug, nor is there much sense doing anything about it in D. The utility to convert C headers should take care of such things.
