There should be a automatic link checker which reports dead links to the admin so they can be handled. It is very unprofessional for a site to have dead links... specially when they are obviously important links.

It's been almost 4 months now ([1]) that downloading nightly build is broken.
You'd better build dmd yourself if you really needs it.

No one in management cars and nor do they owe you an explanation. Just call it a new feature of the website.

Well, it's AWS S3 and they still don't support SSL for free on their buckets.
Change the link to use http and it will work:

They were down for three weeks in September while they were switched to a new build infrastructure.

Also, may I remind you that it's not a company and all that work is done by volunteers. If you want this to change, you might want to consider a donation.
