Since I couldn't bear to watch TV last night I went and added a little fix to MinTL. Now the unittests are wrapped in a custom version block with id MinTLUnittest so that on Windows one no longer gets link errors for things like _init_10TypeInfo_i when compiling, for example,

 dmd main.d mintl/list.d -unittest mintl/mintl.lib

This should make it easier to use MinTL in user code since the MinTL unittests probably aren't needed in those cases.
