Why were you sad?
I prefer it to Visual Studio, the C99 support is great and they also support
some GCC extensions.
And I love the debugger.

After Metrowerks dropped their Pascal someone went ahead and wrote a GNU Pascal plugin to CodeWarrior that is commercial (if I was still doing pascal I would buy it).
