The D compiler should have a clear versioning system (where the compiler version is built right into the filename).

Otherwise, there is no way of telling whether the files on the digitalmars site are newer than yours.

It does now, ftp://ftp.digitalmars.com/dmd.113.zip

dmd.zip is just a shortcut to the latest version...
