Can anyone tell me, where I can find the source code of the C++ version of
DMDScript? Can it be used as a SpiderMonkey replacement on source code level
(i.e. how much does a host app to be changed for using it)? Are there any
other open source projects using it?

AFAIK there is no open source version of the C++ DMDScript engine.
The D DMDScript is Dual licensed, however. (as GPL and Commercial)
