Well, it is not a new IDE, it is there for years... I use it for C/C++ development at the moment - switched in 2005 from Eclipse/CDT to Code::Blocks because, simply put, Code::Blocks is an awesome project, constantly improving.
D support has been added last year i think, and I use that feature for more than half a year. It was buggy at the begining, but now is pretty stable.

I would recommend it to any C/C++/D programmer!
