The summary:  I need to get a response from the other 60% of you soon, very soon, to confirm the number of people attending so that I have the right amount of food for lunch and to confirm the reservations I've made for Thursday night's dinner plans.  If you don't confirm, you might be hungry and thirsty.  Additionally, you'll complicate the lives of the nice people at the front desk who will be handing out badges.

Also, it's not too late to decide you want to attend, though airline tickets are probably getting to be a tad pricey.. can't hurt to check.

Wish I could be there too, but work, the wife, the kid, and expense of traveling from Japan just doesn't allow it.
