I understand that there is the Entice tool which can be used to design UI for DFL and DWT apps. However, it seems quite limited. Are there any other tools like this which can generate DWT-compatible UI code?

WindowBuilder(http://www.instantiations.com/windowbuilderpro/default.htm) is a very good visual editor for SWT but it's not free. Has support for JFace also. Then you can easily port the SWT code to DWT.
