What does Internal error: cgobj 3196 mean, i saw it with compiling wxWidgets with a precompiled header, but not when the PCh was removed from the command line

It means there's a compiler bug. If you can get a reproducible test case, please add it to: http://bugzilla.digitalmars.com/issues/buglist.cgi?quicksearch=.
