I always see Feedback vs Discussion DIP threads swimming between different general discussion threads, moreover, their kind of review is written in the title which is already long enough simply overlooking what the kind is or was we write into.

Although DIP Discussions are also discussions, they are very specific and formal.
Another advantage is to see all the dips at once by opening the corresponding section providing dedicated search facilities for these kinds of threads.
Wouldn't it be better to create a new group "DIP" with two sections "Discussion Threads" and "Feedback Threads" in the index page, just bike shedding.

What did you think of?

Those who don't use the web interface would then have to subscribe to the newsgroup or the mailing list just to participate in DIP reviews. Nothing onerous to be sure, but an annoyance I don't think should be a requirement.

But I don't see that it's necessary anyway. All of the DIPs that are listed and linked here:

https://github.com/dlang/DIPs/blob/master/DIPs/README.md

From there you can navigate to any DIP you're interested in and find links to every review thread at the bottom.

And anyway, it's no big task to enter, e.g. "DIP 1035", in the General forum's search box. I probably have to refer to older DIP review threads more than anyone else and this is how I do it.

True, also we do have the "Study" section if there was ever a need for a multiple big threads on something like a DIP.
