A source file that shows the bug

I have reduced the example code as much as I can without making the bug
disappear.
If it is compiled with
gdc vector.d
I get :
f() = [1,2,3]

If it is compiled with
gdc -O vector.d
I get :
f() = [nan, nan, nan]
