I'd say wait and see how the bindings work out. Long term a D port of Qt would be great, but it would take several developers years to get any real percentage of the Qt classes ported, and if the D bindings rock then there is little need (other than just the desire to have to have Qt in a more modern language)

Is there an irc channel or mailing list or google groups list for discussions and questions about qtd?
