Can we post a text without link and people could copy/paste the address? Will HN check that also?

There's no way for them to do that, since all they will have access to is the URL. But if you click the link, your browser will add a "Referer" (sic) header to the HTTP request: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_HTTP_header_fields
