He's depressed because he can't act like a normal person anymore and he feels like he somehow betrayed his employees during the Microsoft buyout.

He was always a gloomy person and uncomfortable with his overnight fame. I'd say his development days are over, at least for awhile.

A better idea would be a 'foundation gala'. Andrei sends invitations for a party to some 'possible fortunate' donators. Going to the gala means 'giving a envelope with some money inside'. The gala itself: food, animation, people talking.

In the USA tradition...(never mind the bollocks...).

I just mean that it's a more elegant way to ask money to people who have some rather that to focus on a particular peer...
