Hi,

Does this forum deal with the DigitalMars store? This was the only option that it gave, for contacting them.

The references to contacting DigitalMars directly, are on

http://www.digitalmars.com/thankyou.html?

http://www.digitalmars.com/contact.html

, but buttons don't point anywhere.

I tried to order the Extended Utility Package, and it went through Paypal successfully. But digitalmars did not return any kind of order #, or any clue about how it will be sent. I don't even know whether it will be mailed or emailed for downloading.

Does anyone know, how to contact DigitalMars? Or is there a more appropriate forum, for this type of question?

Regards,

DMP.

It should be in your email inbox by now. I review purchases manually, because of occasional attempts to manipulate the shopping cart. Sorry about the delay.

I don't like bumping this topic, but I have the same issue. I ordered the Extended Utility Package on December 23 2017, got an e-mail from Paypal confirming the transaction but nothing else. I sent an e-mail to "wgmars7 at domainname" but I have not recieved a reply yet. Can you please check the order?

I just sent it to you. Sometimes these things end up in peoples' spam folders or get "quarantined" because of the attachment. If you still do not receive it, please let me know and maybe you have another email address you can use.

Mmm... I still can't find it in my inbox and I've looked in the spam folder. Another e-mail address of mine is `dkorpel@live.nl`.

Just sent it there, too.

Gmail has been known to be pretty aggressive at deleting what it thinks is spam, and/or blocking what it thinks are sources of spam.

A lot of virus/spam/malware detectors also routinely flag any executable that is not built using Microsoft C++. If I send the detector vendor a ticket about it, they'll fix it, and then 6 months later it's back to saying it's malware.
