I've upgraded Xamarin Studio (now it's 6.1), and Mono-D plugin stopped working.
Is there a chance to get it working?

MonoDevelop 6.x is not yet in stable.
Stick with 5.x which is stable and it should work fine.

Not just «is not yet in stable», Xamarin Studio won't be available on Windows more, now only on Mac.

If you open Visual Studio 2015 download page, you will see "Now with Xamarin!" advertising Android and OSX development support.

MonoDevelop itself will continue to be available on Windows.

I have Win7 and Win10 running.. and my Xamarin Studio Community 5.10.3 (build 51) installations from http://www.monodevelop.com/download/ do also ask to be upgraded to 6.0 all the time (stable channel)... so why should it not be supported on Windows any more?
