Hi,

Searching for symbols using the Search Window *always* takes around 5 seconds to start for every search. I've disabled Defender and am using an SSD so I'm surprised it's still so slow.

If this isn't easy to fix, could there be an option to only parse symbols from the current solution and remove phobos/runtime symbols? Searching for files is fast, so I imagine it's the large number of symbols without caching that causes the problem.

Also having this problem, code-D in vscode is fast. I really wish VisualD could improve this ❤️
