I saw someone posting on the forums last year that they were writing a DIP for this. Any news on that?

I remember discussing this a while back, so it may have been me, but I don't intend to write a DIP for it.

I'm currently writing my own basic compiler, and if I ever get around to finishing it, I may try some stuff with DMD, but I wouldn't count on it being this decade =x
