Results:
http://wiki.dlang.org/Review/std.logger#Voting_for_std.experimental

tl; dr: concept approved but exact API needs work before it is
ready for std.experimental, further discussions has moved to
GitHuuntil it is ready.

Important: I have adjusted some of votes based on new inclusion
criteria defined by Andrei. If vote stated "Yes" but listed clear
API change requirements, it was counted as "No". Please have a
look at the vote list to make sure I have not interpreted
anything wrong.

Seems like my vote (http://forum.dlang.org/post/anzeespykooeiaqisfjg@forum.dlang.org) went missing – not that it would change anything, of course (later in the thread, I pointed out some other (since fixed) issues, which was the more important part). I probably should've included 1) and 2) as separate bullet points to make counting easier.

Cheers,
David

Sorry! Unfortunately everyone keeps ignoring me asking to not start discussions in voting threads and some votes may slip through my attention :(

Updated.

The link to the team-phobos page doesn't work for me, so I'm not entirely sure what it is (list of users with commit rights?), but in any case, I don't think I'm on any such list (I don't have commit rights for Phobos).

There was a mail list vote recently about adding you to Phobos commiters and remembering no objections I just presumed it has already happened :O (It should have been!)
