I was factoring out the different number of years in each category. I'm gonna try to create a bar graph with normalized years.

4 - ========
5 - ========
6 - =======
7 + ==============

And with a little rounding

5 - ========
6 - ======
7 + ==============

Of course 7+ is not very informative.
