Mine too btw. So now it's not possible to purchase the PDF (either alone or as part of the actual print book) ?

I also found the book on http://www.informit.com/store/product.aspx?isbn=0321635361 and it seems to be the most viable ebook solution.
I would like to know where the name and email address watermarks are printed. Do they distract the reading?

Sorry for replying so late, I must have missed your post.
See http://bildupload.sro.at/p/368007.html for an example (I hope
Andrei doesn't mind, this page has no interesting content.)
The big grey watermark in the background is on some pages (maybe on
every 10th page?), the footer with my name and E-Mail address is on
every page.
The big gray watermark consists of my name and a 7 digit number (which
I've mostly pixelated).

I don't know if the watermarks are the same in the current E-Book versions.

Cheers,
- Daniel
