  fix Issue 14993 - segfault for InvalidMemoryOperationError

- creating a stacktrace currently uses the GC (thus might recurse
  infinetely when the GC throws an exception itself)
- suppress stack traces for OutOfMemoryError,
  InvalidMemoryOperationError, and FinalizeError
