Hi there

I am having trouble opening a CRecordset object,
the code compiles, but crashes(assertion fails)when
I call any of the Open functions.

Any pointers to tutorials or other help would be appreciated. Phill.

There's a book "Mastering the MFC for Windows 95 using Symantec C++" by Richard O. Parker which should help. Unfortunately, it is out of print, but you can check for used copies at bookfinder, half, ebay, or amazon.
