This looks like a very simple fix.

In Druntime, in rt.lifetime, in _d_newitemU, change:

    auto blkInf = GC.qalloc(size, flags, ti);

to:

    auto blkInf = GC.qalloc(size, flags, _ti);

If you still would like this changed, please submit a PR.
