Summary: Define a few good .ddoc files

Ddoc works great for documenting D code, but it relies crucially on adequate macro definitions. By default it just produces crappy HTML.
Advanced users may pick up the macros we use from github, but that's far from straightforward. We should define a few macro batteries ready to download, along with screenshots.
