Where can I find information about D syntax? I have no idea what mean some operators like '~='and there's no information about them in html files included in archive.

It is all there, it might just be in an fairly enexpected place... For example, the one you are looking for is described under "Arrays".

I think the documentation is somewhat disorganised on purpose: so that people read it completely instead of just reading the parts one is interested in. :>
