Anyone ever used the MIDL compiler on the DMC CD?  I am trying to figure out how to make it work with dmc or sc as the preprocessor.

I reckon you'd be just as well off with the MIDL compiler in the MS Platform SDK. (In other words, shouldn't make a whole lot of difference. YMMV.)
