I really like the idea of repeat and restart because (like Derek nicely explained) these two are simply the ones that are missing. There is no more reason to have break and continue than to have repeat and restart because all these four really are is fancy gotos.

This feature is one of those that new users will instantly recognize as "wow I could have used this many times if it was in my old xyz language"
