In particular, please note:
  1. The documentation of the delineation between Projects and Libraries,
  2. The quality (or lack) of the three libraries: Performance, Windows
Registry, and ToolHelp

I remember reading others' posts on the D ng saying that they'd been able to do so, but, IIRC, it was something that had to be done within a short space of time. (I also forgot how :$)
