The latest version of the Zeus for Windows IDE is now available:

Zeus does syntax highlighting, code folding, code templating and has CTAG support for the D language.

Also, provided the D compiler package has been installed, it is easy to configured Zeus to run the D compiler and have it capture the errors:

NOTE: Zeus is shareware.
