I think 5 days of serious use are enough for Walter to learn some of the ideas of C#4 and its IDE. But I don't think few days are enough to learn the ideas of Haskell.

Good to know that you are able to estimate how much time people need to 
understand functional languages.

well I am not that smart, I've already problems to understand
i = i + 1;  in gpl
