Mac OS X can run both 32 and 64bit applications out of the box.

Thanks... That does the trick. I was trying to mirror the 
structure
of the previous instillation (left by the 2.058.dmg package). 
Probably
should have read the .conf file prior to touching anything but I
wasn't yet aware of it's purpose.

Just FYI, the dmd binaries for OSX are all 64 bit. There seems little purpose to 
shipping 32 bit builds anymore.
