The header generator prints the name of the implicitly generated member that represents the context pointer as `this` which is obviously not a valid identifier.

e.g.

extern(C++) class Outer
{
    class Inner
    {

    }
}

--- example.h
class Outer
{
public:
    class Inner
    {
    public:
        Outer* outer;
    };

};
