Consider this code:

struct InversionList
{
    ubyte[] byCodepoint() { return null; }
}
void main()
{
    static foreach (ch; InversionList().byCodepoint) { }
}

On nightly, we encounter an internal compiler error in copyRegionExp because the dotvar expression byCodePoint is not handled in the new region-based ctfe memory management code.
