Sad news - Martin missed his flight and found no viable alternative to make it to DConf.

For his slot at 10:00 AM on Thursday, we'll look into teleconferencing options for him. Alternatively, we're now taking applications from the other speakers and attendees to fill his slot. Please email your proposals to Walter and myself if interested.

If worse comes to worst, I can probably improvise something to fill the time...

Daniel suggested to turn it into a round of lightning talks. These are more spontaneous and don't need preparation. Might get people to talk that wouldn't fill a 1-hour talk.

I could do a John Cage inspired talk remotely that lasts 4 minutes and 33 seconds.
