we currently lack the manpower but would be able to sponsor it (or parts, depending on the effort needed).


grpc is probably going to be the dominant rpc system for building a microsrvices architecture. even though i prefer msgpack-rpc i think it would be very valuable in terms of connecting to e.g. GO services.
