To be a bit more specific, the purpose of this new D.internal(s) newsgroup is mostly planning and strategic language discussion.
In particular the planning meeting previously held on dmd-internals should happen here at least once a month.

This newsgroup is not meant to be yet another forum for implementation discussions or ideas.
