I guess it's only usefull if you download a D application
that uses DUI and it's not staticly linked (however it's called on windows)
but... would that require a DLL? I have no idea.
Besides that I don't think there are windows DUI applications made public.

I think that the windows lib available on the dui sourceforge page is go for nothing and it might confuse users :(

I think I'll remove it from the download page,
let me know why I shouldn't.
