We currently seem to have two D wiki's.

The one on the official D website page points to the old wiki, and there's nothing anywhere that is sensibly obvious that indicates there is now a new wiki.

I propose that the current wiki link is changed to the new wiki link. We add to the new wiki a clear legible link to the old wiki, and that the old wiki is made read-only to prevent any new updates to it, as well as a clear message indicating that the old wiki has been superseded with a new one, along with a link to the new wiki of course.
