As far as I understand the GhostDoc website it generates prose comments from the type information? The only reason I can think of are weird enterprise requirements like "every method must have at least 5 lines of documentation".

Maybe you want some specific part of GhostDoc, which is actually useful?

I want to auto generate comments. But GhostDoc is not compatible with VisualD. See: http://community.submain.com/forums/thread/3461.aspx
