Hello everybody, i am interesting about D language, and i think many programmers would like to advance in popularity D language, can we give donations to D development and how?

I don't know if kickstarter could be used for D, say for buying the reference backend from Symantec and digitalmars hiring a couple of fulltime programmers.

I think Walter usually prefers one buys a cup, t-shirt or similar instead of direct donations.

DSource has mostly become a graveyard for orphaned project these days, unfortunately. I wouldn't encourage donating at this point if you want to »invest« in the future of D, although operating the servers must've racked up a considerable amount of expenses.
