The zip files dm820c.zip and cd820.zip were missing the #include files from \dm\include and \dm\stl that have no extension. The zip file contents have been corrected on the web site now.

There are still some reported STL template problems with the 8.20 compiler. As they are reported and get fixed, I've been posting corrections as the test 8.21 compiler. If you're having problems with STL, try this one first. If it still fails, please submit a bug report so it gets fixed.
