I just uploaded a new beta, folding in many patches people have supplied to address forward referencing problems.

I don't see any reason not to release the current beta?

Looks good to me.
I think bug 3667 (Regression(D2 only): broken out(result) in
contracts) needs to be fixed in the next release, but it's not quite
worth delaying this release for it.
