On Stack Overflow:
http://stackoverflow.com/questions/194812/list-of-freely-available-programming-books

I don't have a user with edit privileges, but it would be nice to add the D books:

Programming in D
ddili.org/ders/d.en/

D Template Tutorial
raw.github.com/PhilippeSigaud/D-templates-tutorial/master/D-templates-tutorial.pdf

There's also http://progmofo.com/, but I didn't find a contact link.

I went to SO to see if I could add to the list, but it seems to me that the question has been locked.

The question is locked, no one can edit it. It would need to be unlocked which would require voting and may not even be possible with this kind of lock/passage of time.
