I have seen on the "D Change Log" page that version 0.99 has evolved to version 0.100 instead of 1.00, which looks like a typo to me. I firmly reject any thoughts that it was lack of confidence in the new version which has caused this special numbering scheme!? ; )

Old topic :) The dot in version numbers should be read as a separator, not an indication that the number is in decimal notation.
