The latest changes for the Intellij plugin are now available in the Jetbrains Marketplace. It can be installed directly in Intellij IDEA via the plugins section of the settings menu.

version 1.28.7 supports Intellij IDEA 2022.1 - 2022.2.*
version 1.29.2 supports Intellij IDEA 2022.3.*

There was a bug with the run configuration for dub, I've released a fix in version 1.29.3
