Just adding another one to the list - SlickEdit.
No need to introduce SlickEdit - professional and proprietary IDE that supports a whole list of programming languages out of the box (via kinda plugins, that are distributed with it) ... including D.

$300 is pretty steep for such a simple editor

Sublime Text is only $60 and project settings are all set with a config file in JSON which would make it very customizable
